This unit does not extend monitors; it only splits one HDMI input signal into two identical HDMI output signals. It supports HDCP 1.4 (note: it will not bypass HDCP) and allows you to easily split signals for devices with a standard HDMI interface.
Input sources include computers, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 Pro, Fire Stick, Blu-ray DVD players, satellite receivers, routers, Chromecast, PCs, projectors, and more.
Output devices include Apple TV, HD-Ready TVs, Full HD TVs, HD monitors, Samsung TVs, and others.
It supports full video formats such as 3D, 4K x 2K @30Hz, 1080p @30Hz, 1080p @60Hz, and deep color at multiple resolutions including 4K @30Hz, 480i, 576i, 480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, 1440i, and 1440p, with an EDID duration of 6 seconds. Please note that this device does not support HDCP 2.0 and 2.2.
